These black lacquered racks are designed to hold a complete hand of tiles. Behind the tile shelf are four tray compartments to organise your counting stick, covered with a lift hinge lid.
The lid is decorated with a Chinese mountain scene design.
Note that the tray is not designed to be deep enough to store the counting sticks. The rack is long enough to hold your hand but players who are used to using their rack to straighten the Wall may find it a little too short if you use the larger tiles size. Because the lid hinges away from you we just turn the rack round and push with the front edge without any problems.
